Job Description

Are you passionate about regulatory affairs and looking to enhance your documentation expertise? GSK is hiring a Regulatory Specialist II – Submission Delivery in Bengaluru to support regulatory submissions and shape systems strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and assist authors in preparing submission content using GSK’s document management systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Regulatory Authority guidelines and GSK submission standards.
  • Lead the development of publishing best practices to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Independently deliver complex submission packages on schedule while ensuring compliance.
  • Verify compliance of regulatory documents with internal and external standards.
  • Support submission review and approval processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-6 years of experience in preparing electronic regulatory submissions.
  • Strong knowledge of Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related sciences (Regulatory Affairs background preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe PDF, SharePoint, and other IT tools.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (pharma/drug development preferred).
  • Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving work settings.
