๐ผ Key Responsibilities โ Study Manager (Clinical Trials)
- Lead clinical study planning to close-out
- Monitor study progress and manage risks, deviations, and escalations
- Draft/review key documents: Protocol, ICF, study plans
- Manage CROs, vendors, and external partners
- Ensure ICH-GCP compliance and regulatory adherence
- Oversee Trial Master File (eTMF) readiness
- Track study budgets, invoices, and financials
- Coordinate global teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Monitor patient recruitment and data quality
- Handle clinical supply chain & investigational product logistics
๐ Qualifications Required
- Minimum 3+ years experience in clinical research / pharma industry
- Strong knowledge of:
- Clinical trials & drug development lifecycle
- ICH-GCP guidelines & regulatory frameworks
- Trial Master File (TMF/eTMF systems)
- Skills:
