Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Specialist – MSAT at GSK, your role will include:

  • Preparing and managing project documentation (agendas, minutes, protocols, validation reports).
  • Developing solutions and creating mockups in the laboratory.
  • Designing, commissioning, and executing qualification protocols (DSR, FMEA, URS, DQ, VMP, IOQ, VSR).
  • Conducting risk assessments (chemical compatibility, leachables, patient exposure scenarios).
  • Managing validation and technology transfer of Single Use Systems (SUS).
  • Supporting regulatory documentation and compliance in alignment with GMP/GDP standards.
  • Managing suppliers, purchase orders, and shipping validation activities.
  • Providing regular reporting and supporting global vaccine manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

To apply for this role, you should have:

  • Advanced degree in chemistry, biology, chemical engineering or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical MSAT or related domain.
  • Strong knowledge of validation, GMP/GDP, technology transfer, and risk assessments.
  • Hands-on experience in laboratory testing and commissioning.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in technical writing (DSR, FMEA, URS, IOQ, etc.).
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
