Key Responsibilities in the Job
As an R&D Associate / Executive at Greenspace, you will:
- Conduct advanced research in pharmaceutical chemistry, formulation, and organic chemistry.
- Maintain stringent quality control (QC) standards for all products.
- Perform literature reviews to stay updated on trends and innovations in the herbal, pharmaceutical, and nutraceutical sectors.
- Provide market intelligence and sizing insights to guide strategic decisions.
- Analyze pharmacology, microbiology, and nutraceutical data to enhance product performance.
- Develop innovative herbal and nutraceutical formulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports and laboratory records compliant with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategies with market trends.
- Communicate research findings effectively to ensure actionable outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills
Education
- Master’s degree in Pharmacy or related fields such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmacology, or Nutraceutical Science.
Key Skills
- Expertise in herbal formulations, market research, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in laboratory tools, techniques, and methods.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
