Roles & Responsibilities
As a Production professional in the OSD department, your key responsibilities will include:
- Operating and monitoring machinery for tablet compression, film coating, granulation, and secondary packing processes.
- Ensuring adherence to GMP standards and SOPs during manufacturing operations.
- Performing in-process checks, documentation of batch records, and troubleshooting minor equipment issues.
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the production area.
- Collaborating with the team to meet production targets while upholding quality and compliance.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification: ITI, Diploma, B.Sc, or B.Pharm.
- 2-7 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing, specifically in compression, coating, or secondary packing.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, documentation practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced production environment.
