Granules India is hiring Operators for the following areas in OSD Formulations Production:
- Granulation / Wurster Coating
- Compression
- Coating
- Capsule Filling / Inspection
- Bottle / Blister Packing
Roles and Responsibilities As a Production Operator, you will:
- Operate and monitor specific machinery in OSD production lines to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing.
- Perform in-process checks, maintain batch records, and adhere to cGMP standards.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and contribute to continuous improvement in production processes.
- Work in shift operations to support round-the-clock manufacturing needs.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met consistently.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Education: ITI / Diploma / D.Pharm / B.Sc
- Experience: 2-6 years in OSD Formulations (mandatory)
- Candidates currently working in NAPS/NATS/Technical Contract Services with relevant formulation production experience are also eligible.
- Hands-on knowledge of specific machines (as per role):
- Granulation/Wurster Coating: RMG/FBP/FBD/Wurster Coating/Roll Compactor
- Compression: Hata, Fette, Korsch, Sejong, Killian & Cadmach
- Coating: Ohara, Glatt, ACG Smart, Gansons & Bectochem
- Capsule Filling/Inspection: AF90T/AF150T/ZRO 200/TTS/Hartnett Printing/Band Sealing/ACG Capsule-Checkweighers/Sensum/Tam Print/Presfit
- Bottle/Blister Packing: Blister – Cartonator/Uhlmann/BQS/IMA PG Bottle – CVC/Pharmapack/Counttec/Labeling
- Must be willing to work in rotational shifts.
