Key Roles and Responsibilities As an apprentice under NAPS at Granules India Ltd, you will receive structured training in:
- Assisting in pharmaceutical production processes, including handling APIs and intermediates.
- Warehouse operations such as material storage, inventory management, and logistics support.
- Basic engineering tasks in maintenance, equipment handling, and troubleshooting in manufacturing units.
- Following safety protocols, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, and quality control procedures.
- Learning on-the-job skills to support daily operations in a high-quality pharma environment.
This program combines practical training with mentorship, helping freshers build a strong foundation for a career in the pharmaceutical industry.
Required Qualifications and Eligibility Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- ITI certification in Fitter or Electrician (Mechanical/Electrical).
- OR Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- OR B.Sc. (any relevant stream).
- Age: 18–22 years.
- Passed out in 2023, 2024, or 2025.
- Minimum 50% aggregate marks in academics.
- Gender: Male only.
Salary, Stipend, and Benefits
- Monthly stipend: ₹14,500 + ₹1,000 attendance bonus (total up to ₹15,500 per month).
