Responsibilities
- Perform In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities on the shop floor
- Execute equipment/process qualification and validation protocols
- Handle Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) and documentation as per regulatory standards
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and data integrity guidelines
- Participate in deviation investigations, CAPA, and change control processes
Qualifications & Skills Required
- B.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc from a recognized university
- 2–5 years of relevant experience strictly in OSD formulation (tablet/capsule manufacturing)
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, WHO, etc.)
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
