Coating
- Knowledge of Ohara, Glatt, ACG Smart, Gansons, Bectochem
Bottle / Blister Packing
- Experience in Uhlmann, IMA PG, BQS, blister lines and labeling systems
Capsule Filling / Inspection
- Exposure to AFG, Sejong, Hanter, ACG Capsule, checkweighers, printing machines
Warehouse
- Handling RM (Raw Material), PM (Packing Material), FG (Finished Goods)
Engineering
- Process maintenance, HVAC, BMS systems
Quality Control
- Instrument handling such as HPLC, GC, LCMS, Microbiology
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
- Perform quality checks and documentation
- Handle batch production and process optimization
