Available Positions
Granules India is inviting applications for the following executive-level roles through a walk-in interview:
- Trainee – Executive (Production API) Ideal for freshers or early-career professionals looking to build a career in pharmaceutical API production.
- Technical Associate – Executive (Environment, Health & Safety – EHS) Focused on maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and health protocols in API manufacturing.
Both positions are based at the company’s modern API production unit in Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh, with operations running in shifts.
Key Responsibilities
(These may vary slightly based on the specific role – Production or EHS)
- Assist in daily production operations of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and maintain equipment, ensure process efficiency, and follow GMP/cGMP guidelines.
- Support shift operations, batch manufacturing, and documentation.
- For EHS: Conduct risk assessments, implement safety protocols, handle environmental compliance, and promote workplace health & safety practices.
- Participate in training programs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets while prioritizing safety and quality.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Educational Qualification (Compulsory): Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience:
- Trainee – Executive (Production API): 0 to 3 years in Pharma API.
- Technical Associate – Executive (EHS): 1 to 3 years in Pharma API.
- Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred due to shift-based operations.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, safety norms, and regulatory requirements.
- Willingness to work in shifts at the Anakapalli location.
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates can expect a competitive salary package in the range of ₹3.5 Lakhs to ₹5.5 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience, role, and negotiation), along with industry-standard benefits.
