Roles and Responsibilities
As a QA (IPQA) professional, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards across manufacturing and packaging processes. Your key responsibilities include:
- In-process quality assurance (IPQA) activities
- BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record) and BPR (Batch Packaging Record) review
- Sampling in manufacturing and packing areas
- Batch release activities
- BU (Bulk Unit) sampling
- Ensuring adherence to ALCOA principles (data integrity)
- Handling BDI-related quality processes
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills
To be eligible for this position, candidates should have:
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma / M.Pharma)
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in QA (IPQA)
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory requirements
- Experience in documentation, sampling, and batch review
- Knowledge of ALCOA and data integrity principles
- Preference will be given to candidates with a regulatory background
