- Experience: 1-2 years in sales/business development (preferably in pharma/chemicals/custom synthesis)

Roles and Responsibilities
For R&D Executive:
- Conduct organic synthesis, purification, and characterization of compounds (including carbohydrates, PEG linkers, etc.)
- Perform lab-scale experiments, maintain records, and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Collaborate on custom synthesis projects for R&D and industrial clients
- Analyze results using analytical techniques and troubleshoot processes
- Support scale-up and documentation for quality deliverables
For Business Development (Sales):
- Identify and generate leads for custom synthesis services and products
- Engage with clients in pharma, biotech, and research sectors
- Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close business deals
- Build long-term relationships and expand market presence
- Coordinate with R&D team to align client requirements with capabilities
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Strong foundation in organic/medicinal chemistry or pharmaceutical sciences
- For R&D: Hands-on lab experience in synthesis, HPLC, NMR, or similar analytical tools preferred
- For Business Development: Good communication skills, sales orientation, and basic knowledge of pharma/chemical markets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced R&D environment
- Freshers with enthusiasm and quick learning ability are welcome for R&D role
Salary and Benefits
Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Realistic range in the Pune pharma sector:
- R&D Executive (Fresher to 3 years): ₹3.0 – 5.5 LPA
- Business Development (1-2 years): ₹3.5 – 6.0 LPA
