GlobalData, a global leader in analytics and healthcare intelligence, is hiring Research Analysts and Senior Researchers for its Healthcare–Pharma & Medical team in Hyderabad. This opportunity is ideal for recent M.Pharmacy graduates with a strong interest in drug development, clinical trials, regulatory affairs, and pharmaceutical market research.
Selected candidates will work on drug, clinical, and MedTech intelligence, contributing to high-impact global healthcare reports used by leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies worldwide.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct extensive secondary research using global pharmaceutical and regulatory databases
- Develop intelligence on chemical & biological drugs, medical devices, and therapies
- Analyze clinical trials, regulatory approvals, patents, biomarkers, and investigator data
- Track drug sales, forecasts, manufacturers, and competitive landscapes
- Interpret regulatory pricing frameworks and reimbursement policies (Senior Researcher role)
- Maintain structured datasets and research documentation using Excel, Word, and databases
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality analytical insights
🎓 Qualifications & Eligibility
Mandatory Requirements
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics / Pharmacology / Pharmaceutical Chemistry / Regulatory Affairs)
OR - M.Sc / MS in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Life Sciences
- Candidates who passed out in the last 2 years are eligible
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of drug discovery & development lifecycle
- Understanding of clinical trials (novel & generic drugs/devices)
- Familiarity with global regulatory bodies (USFDA, EMA, CDSCO, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word (MS Access for Senior Researcher)
- Basic knowledge of SQL / Python (added advantage)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
