IQVIA is looking for a Global Data Associate to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in data management and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily updates of pharmaceutical company profiles and product lists on our portal.
- Collect and verify data from official company websites to ensure accuracy.
- Enhance the client portal by implementing strategic improvements.
- Respond to client queries with clear, concise, and professional communication.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Provide innovative solutions to improve client satisfaction and portal functionality.
- Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Data Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution, manufacturing, and contract manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in client portal management.
- Familiarity with data collection and verification processes.
- Ability to generate innovative ideas for improving client interactions.
