Job Role and Responsibilities
As a QA Officer, the selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day quality assurance activities across manufacturing operations and validation processes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Review and verification of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs)
• Execution and documentation of process validation activities
• Preparation, execution, and review of cleaning validation protocols and reports
• Ensuring compliance with cGMP guidelines and internal SOPs
• Coordination with Production and Quality Control teams for batch release
• Support during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
• Maintenance of QA documentation and data integrity standards
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education:
• B.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc
Experience:
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance
• Prior experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing facility is mandatory
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of BMR review and QA documentation practices
• Understanding of process validation and cleaning validation
• Familiarity with cGMP requirements and audit preparedness
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Job Location and Salary
Job Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu (Global Calcium Unit I & Unit II)
Salary: ₹3,00,000 to ₹5,00,000 per annum. The final salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, skill set, and interview performance.
