We are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to join our Quality Control department. Whether you’re a fresh graduate looking to launch your career or an experienced professional seeking new challenges, we have the perfect opportunity for you. Our open positions include:
- Quality Control Trainee/Fresher: Ideal for recent graduates seeking entry-level experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Quality Control Officer/Executive: Requires 1-3 years of experience in a quality control laboratory setting.
- Quality Control Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager: Requires 5+ years of experience and proven leadership skills in a quality control environment.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
Regardless of the specific role, all positions in our Quality Control department require a strong foundation in analytical chemistry and a commitment to quality. Key skills and responsibilities include:
Analytical Techniques:
- Wet Chemical Analysis: Proficiency in various wet chemical analysis techniques is essential, including sampling, assay titrations, limit of detection (LOD) determination, and sulphated ash analysis. Experience with various titrations (acid-base, redox, complexometric) is crucial.
- Instrumental Analysis: Expertise in operating and maintaining a range of sophisticated analytical instruments is a must. This includes Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Ultraviolet-Visible Spectroscopy (UV), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), automated titrators, and particle size analyzers. Data interpretation and troubleshooting skills are also vital.
- Solution Preparation and Standardization: Accurate preparation and standardization of various volumetric solutions are critical for maintaining the integrity of our analytical results.
- Method Validation: Experience in method validation and verification, including accuracy, precision, linearity, and range, is highly valued.
Quality Management and Documentation:
- Quality Management System (QMS) Compliance: A strong understanding of and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant quality standards is paramount. Experience with documentation and compliance within a QMS framework is essential.
- Raw Material, In-Process, and Finished Product Analysis: Candidates should be comfortable handling and analyzing samples from various stages of production, ensuring compliance with established specifications.
- Analytical Document Review and Audit: Participation in internal audits and the review of analytical data and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements is expected. Experience with CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action) implementation is highly desirable.
- SOP, Specification, and STP Preparation and Review: Ability to contribute to the development, review, and update of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), product specifications, and Standard Test Procedures (STPs) is a key requirement.
Leadership and Teamwork:
- Leadership and Team Management: For Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager roles, demonstrated leadership and team management skills are critical. This includes mentoring junior team members and ensuring efficient workflow within the team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration within the team and with other departments. The ability to clearly communicate complex technical information is highly valuable.
