Job Description:

As a Microbiology Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the daily operations of specimen collection, processing and analysis, quality assessment, calibration, instrument maintenance, and result reporting within the Microbiology Section of the laboratory. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing leadership in daily laboratory operations according to procedures approved by the Quality Control Manager.
• Assuring the ordering and stocking of supplies, compilation of statistical reports, and operations within the Laboratory Information System.
• Providing input into performance evaluations and delivering excellent customer service.
• Performing job duties in compliance with systems and job-specific standards.

Educational Requirements:

• Pharmacist or Microbiologist

Skills Required:

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Strong background in analytical chemistry and instrumental analysis.
• Ability to maintain detailed records.
• Keen attention to detail.

Gender:

• Male

Work Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in microbiology supervision.

Working Hours:

• Day shift, full-time, 5 days a week (Sunday to Thursday).
• Weekends off (Friday and Saturday).

Work Location:

• Factory industrial zone – East Port Said – South-Western part of Port No. (2) slide (A) Port Said.
