Salary and Pay Scale

• Monthly Salary: ₹28,000 + ₹2,520 HRA = ₹30,520 per month
• Duration: Initially for 3 months, extendable based on performance and project funding.
• Maximum Project Duration: 3 years (subject to project completion).

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

1. Graduate in Pharmacy (minimum 3-year course) with 3 years of experience in pharmacy.
   OR
2. Postgraduate Degree in Pharmacy.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in neonatal or pediatric nursing.
• Working knowledge of data entry and computer skills.
• Experience in drug preparation for clinical research studies, especially involving children or neonates.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years as of 7th March 2025.
• Age Relaxation: Applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per BFUHS rules.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Recruitment of study subjects and obtaining written informed consent.
• Drug preparation in laminar flow.
• Preparing equipment for interventions.
• Data collection and coordination with clinical care staff.
• Working in rotational shifts (morning, evening, and night).
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.

   • SC Category: ₹885 (₹750 + 18% GST).
