Job Role: Process Associate – Claims
As a Process Associate in the Claims division, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate entry, validation, and analysis of claim data. You will be responsible for investigating claims to identify overcharges, duplicate claims, and potential fraud, while adhering to policy guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Entering personal, provider, invoice, and procedure details.
- Validation: Checking information entered by the indexer and ensuring accurate pre-authorization.
- Duplicate Claims: Identifying and taking action on duplicate claims.
- Policy Messages: Interpreting and investigating policy-related messages.
- Referral Process: Referring cases to departments such as HCS, TMT, and Triage after adjudication.
- Fraud Detection: Investigating claims for overcharges, contract compliance, or fraud.
- Collaboration: Working with the calling team and handling alerts related to members and providers.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- Any graduate (except technical degrees).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of healthcare and medical terminologies.
- Attention to detail and investigative skills.
- Strong interpretation and comprehension abilities.
