Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Voice Process associate, you will:

  • Provide quality customer service by addressing inquiries through calls or written communication.
  • Offer information and guidance to suppliers on self-service tools.
  • Escalate tickets that cannot be resolved to relevant business areas.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, ensuring proper grammar and spelling in all written correspondence.
  • Monitor team activity and aux times, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to support channels as needed.
  • Assist in managing escalated calls and support agents during peak times.
  • Maintain and update the knowledge base and article content.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Organization & Time Management: Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • MS Office Skills: Proficient knowledge of Excel and data entry.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, software, and learning new programs.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Preferred Skills

We prefer candidates who possess:

  • Technical knowledge to troubleshoot and keep up with system updates.
  • Strong decision-making skills to determine the best solutions for customer queries.
  • Adaptability in learning and applying new skills and knowledge.
