Key Job Responsibilities (IPQA)
- Monitor in-process activities during manufacturing as per SOPs
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and regulatory guidelines
- Perform line clearance before and after manufacturing operations
- Verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and in-process checks
- Monitor and document Critical Process Parameters (CPPs)
- Identify, report, and document deviations, OOS, OOT, and incidents
- Assist in investigations, CAPA implementation, and QA documentation
- Maintain proper logbooks, records, and controlled documents
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Engineering, and QA teams
- Support internal, external, and regulatory audits and inspections
- Ensure strict adherence to quality and safety standards
Qualifications Required
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm or other pharmacy-related sciences
- Freshers are welcome (IPQA Trainee roles are highly recommended)
- Candidates with 0–2 years of IPQA or QA experience will be preferred
Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of IPQA functions and quality systems
- Strong documentation and compliance mindset
- High attention to detail and observational skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Willingness to work in shift operations, if required
