Key Responsibilities โ Product Management Trainee
As a Product Management Trainee at Gadgeon, you will:
- Support product lifecycle activities from concept through launch and post-market phases
- Assist in gathering and documenting customer and clinical requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and Voice-of-Customer (VOC) studies
- Prepare product documentation, presentations, and go-to-market materials
- Track product performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in design reviews, cross-functional meetings, and field visits
