Job Responsibilities
As an Executive – Regulatory (Food Tech) at FreshtoHome, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Your key responsibilities include:
- FSSAI License Applications: Prepare, review, and compile documents for FSSAI license applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Application Tracking: Maintain and update the application status tracker, coordinating with cross-functional teams for timely submissions.
- Documentation Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to gather necessary documents, including Trade Licenses, FSMS, and NOCs.
- Query Management: Draft and submit responses to FSSAI queries, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
