Roles and Responsibilities
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the company’s growth by:
- Driving sales of cutting-edge biotechnology products, reagents, instruments, and services
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with academic institutions, research laboratories, and industrial clients
- Prospecting and generating new leads through cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growth
- Providing technical insights and product demonstrations to clients
- Preparing sales reports and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Participating in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or any relevant field
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers are strongly encouraged to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to travel extensively within Odisha and Chhattisgarh
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and the biotechnology sector
- Basic knowledge of molecular biology products is an advantage
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Range: ₹3.0 Lakhs – ₹5.5 Lakhs per annum (depending on experience and performance)
