Dishman Carbogen Amcis Limited is seeking a Trainee – Production for their Bavla, Gujarat location. This position is ideal for candidates looking to kickstart their career in contract manufacturing within the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. The role focuses on managing production activities while adhering to industry standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Process Execution: Carry out the production process in compliance with the Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR).
2. Documentation: Maintain online documentation of BMRs, ECRs, BPRs, logbooks, and daily records.
3. Verification: Ensure raw materials, packing materials, and cleaning materials are issued properly by the warehouse.
4. Segregation & Labeling: Ensure proper segregation, labeling, and identification of materials and maintain area cleanliness.
5. Manufacturing Compliance: Manufacture KSM / Intermediate / API as per BMR and BPR protocols.
6. Validation: Conduct process validation/cleaning validation as per defined protocols.
7. Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor processes according to GMP/cGMP compliance and report any deviations.
8. Manpower Management: Manage manpower effectively, handle shift work, and provide necessary training.
9. Housekeeping & Safety: Ensure proper housekeeping and sanitization in the manufacturing block.
10. Document Issuance: Ensure proper issuance of documents (BMR, BPR, ECR, logbooks, daily records) from QA/QS.
11. Safety Maintenance: Ensure the Unit – 6B environment is properly maintained, and all work is carried out safely.
12. Engineering Coordination: Coordinate with the Engineering department for preventive maintenance and repairs.
13. Quality Testing: Coordinate with QC and QA departments for timely material testing and release.
14. Effluent Treatment: Work with ETP/ZDS departments for the treatment of effluent generated during the process.
15. Process Improvement: Collaborate with R&D to monitor continuous process improvements, cost reductions, and further enhancements.
16. Daily Production Monitoring: Track daily production activities, ensuring quality, safety, and target achievement.
17. Staff Management: Oversee manpower management, including leave approvals for staff and contract workers.
18. Waste Management: Manage process waste and scrap generated during production.
