St. John’s Research Institute (SJRI), Bangalore, is inviting applications for the position of Clinical Research Coordinator – Geron Study. This is a great opportunity for graduates in Life Sciences, Pharm.D, or M.Sc. Clinical Research who aspire to build a strong foundation in the clinical research domain.
As part of the Geron Study, you will work alongside principal investigators, coordinate patient interactions, manage study documentation, and ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines. Freshers with relevant training are encouraged to apply!
🧪 Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient screening, informed consent, enrolment, and follow-up visits.
- Maintain participant confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
- Assist investigators during study visits and data collection.
- Prepare and maintain Site Master Files, source documents, and eCRFs.
- Manage investigational product (IP) handling, storage, and accountability.
- Ensure proper documentation in EDC systems like Inform and Medidata.
- Handle submissions to Ethics Committees for study progress, amendments, and SAEs.
- Coordinate with sponsors, CROs, and regulatory authorities (IEC, DCGI, FDA).
- Prepare for monitoring visits, audits, and study close-out activities.
- Maintain study consumables inventory and laboratory sample shipments.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
- Diploma / M.Sc. in Clinical Research or Pharm.D preferred
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers trained in clinical research may apply)
- Languages: English, Kannada, Hindi, and Telugu
- Skills:
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and SOPs
- Familiarity with CRF/eCRF completion
- Good communication and coordination skills

- Salary: ₹20,000 per month (Performance-based escalation)
