Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Participant Coordination:
- Schedule and follow up on appointments for CGM setup, lab tests, stool sample collection, and virtual consultations.
- Guide participants on app usage and study procedures.
✅ Data Collection & Management:
- Monitor and collect data from wearable CGM devices and study apps.
- Ensure accurate data entry in study databases (CRFs/EDC systems).
- Identify and report data inconsistencies or deviations.
✅ Communication & Support:
- Act as a liaison between participants, labs, physicians, and the research team.
- Maintain empathetic communication to ensure participant adherence.
- Coordinate specimen logistics with third-party labs.
✅ Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain records in compliance with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and IRB protocols.
- Manage participant consent forms, data logs, and tracking tools.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Clinical Research, or related field.
✔ 0–2 years of experience (internships in clinical research/healthcare count).
✔ Knowledge of lab logistics, biospecimen handling, and CGM devices (preferred).
✔ Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, EDC platforms, or research databases.
✔ Strong organizational skills & attention to detail.
✔ Excellent communication and remote patient engagement skills.
