Key Responsibilities for Research and Development Associate
As a Research and Development Associate at Minimalist, your role will include:

1. Assisting in the development of new skin care and hair care formulations that align with the brand’s quality standards and customer expectations.
2. Conducting literature reviews to stay updated on industry trends, ingredient efficacy, and evolving regulatory guidelines for innovative product development.
3. Designing and executing laboratory experiments to test stability, compatibility, and efficacy of formulations, and presenting findings through detailed reports.
4. Collaborating with marketing, production, and quality assurance teams to streamline product development and ensure smooth product launches.
5. Maintaining accurate documentation of experiments, formulations, and product specifications, adhering to industry compliance standards.
6. Gathering and analyzing consumer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.

Qualifications Required

• Educational Background: B.Tech/M.Tech in Cosmetology or B.Pharma/M.Pharma, MSc
• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in skin care product development or a related field is preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of formulation science and basic laboratory techniques.

Key Skills Needed
