- Engage in clinical trial management on a day-to-day level.
- Work closely with the project CTM for the timely delivery of recurrent tasks consistently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Compile and maintain project-specific status reports.
- Update CTMS with study milestones, enrolment projections, etc.
- Update eTMF and perform ongoing eTMF QC.
- Support the clinical trial manager to draft study plans and study-specific guidance documents.
- Manage site feasibility, site activation preparation, and study supply management.
- Communicate effectively with regional cross-functional teams, vendors, and sponsors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a health sciences field.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the project and ability to coordinate/present at internal/external meetings and conference calls.
- Excellent computer skills (word-processing, databases, Excel, Windows) and organizational skills.
