Job Description for HPLC Analysis

As part of the HPLC analysis team, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Good Laboratory and Documentation Practices:
   • Ensuring the implementation of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in the Quality Control (QC) department.
2. Product Analysis:
   • Conducting analysis for in-process samples, finished products, and stability samples of various formulations including oral solids, topical formulations, and cosmetics.
3. Change Control and Incident Management:
   • Managing investigations and initiating change control processes.
   • Addressing Laboratory Incidents, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), OOS (Out of Specification), and OOT (Out of Trend) issues.
4. Method Validation:
   • Coordinating with the QC Manager to prepare Analytical Method Validation protocols and reports.
   • Performing analytical method validations according to the requirements.

Job Description for RM (Raw Material) Testing

As part of the Raw Material Testing team, you will be responsible for:

1. Routine Laboratory Activities:
   • Performing daily laboratory activities in the QC lab, ensuring adherence to timelines and standards.
2. Standard Testing Procedures:
   • Conducting testing of raw materials as per Standard Testing Procedures (STP) and ensuring the timely release of raw materials.
3. Instrument Handling:
   • Proficiently handling laboratory instruments like UV Spectrophotometer, KF Titrator, FTIR, Viscometer, Refractometer, and Polarimeter.
4. Documentation:
   • Preparing quality control documents related to raw materials such as Standard Testing Procedures (STP), Specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (COA).
   • Maintaining proper documentation in compliance with GLP guidelines.
5. Data Integrity and Regulatory Knowledge:
   • Organizing and documenting quality control data and implementing necessary changes.
   • Ensuring adherence to data integrity principles (ALCOA) and following relevant regulatory guidelines.
