Biological E. Limited, India’s first private-sector biological products company, invites experienced, dynamic, and self-motivated candidates to join our Speciality Injectables Business (SGI) located in Shamirpet, Hyderabad. We are conducting a walk-in drive for multiple positions across Quality Assurance (IPQA), Quality Control, Production Pharma, and Microbiology.

Open Positions

1. Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Position: Executive / Senior Executive
• Qualification: B. Pharm. / M. Pharm. / M. Sc.
• Experience: 3 to 9 years
• Key Skills:
  • Line clearances during dispensing, manufacturing, and packing
  • Sample collection and submission for various processes
  • AQL inspections and control sample review
  • Batch manufacturing and packing records review
  • Exposure to QMS elements such as CAPA, change control, and deviation

2. Quality Control

• Position: Executive
• Qualification: B. Pharm / M. Sc.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years
• Key Skills:
  • Handling lab instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, KF, ICPMS, and NMR
  • Proficiency in software like Empower and Tiamo
  • Analysis of in-process, finished product, and raw material
  • Maintenance of laboratory instruments

3. Production Pharma

Position 1: Officer / Senior Officer

• Qualification: Diploma / B. Sc.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years
• Key Skills:
  • Operation and cleaning of vial washing machines, depyrogenation tunnels, and vial filling machines
  • Aseptic process knowledge including media filling

Position 2: Executive / Senior Executive

• Qualification: M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy
• Experience: 2 to 7 years
• Key Skills:
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing, filtration, filling, and lyophilization
  • Planning and execution of batch activities

4. Microbiology

Position 1: Associate – PG (Freshers)

• Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
• Experience: Freshers (minimum 60% marks in 2024)
• Key Skills: Basic microbiology techniques and good communication skills

Position 2: Executive

• Qualification: M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• Key Skills:
  • Environmental monitoring in aseptic areas
  • Water sampling and utility monitoring
  • Aseptic media fill simulation activities
