Position: R&D Trainee

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Research and Development (R&D) team as an R&D Trainee. This entry-level position is designed to provide hands-on experience in various aspects of the R&D process, contributing to the innovation and improvement of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of experiments under the guidance of senior researchers.
- Conduct literature reviews to gather background information relevant to ongoing projects.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data.
- Laboratory Work:
- Perform laboratory experiments following established protocols and procedures.
- Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, and samples for analysis.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and in good working condition.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory notebooks and records of experiments.
- Prepare technical reports and summaries of research findings.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and publications.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to support project goals and timelines.
- Participate in team meetings, providing updates on progress and discussing challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Manufacturing.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to all safety and regulatory guidelines in the laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology).
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience:
- Previous laboratory experience, such as internships or academic research projects, is preferred but not required.
