Key Responsibilities
- Assist in API synthesis and process development activities.
- Support lab-scale process optimization and product validation.
- Understand and contribute to DMF documentation.
- Work with KSMs, intermediates, and API specifications.
- Perform compound characterization using NMR, IR, and Mass spectroscopy.
- Support technology transfer documentation from R&D to manufacturing.
- Follow ICH guidelines for quality, cost-effective, and eco-friendly processes.
Required Qualifications
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry or Ph.D. in Chemistry
- Freshers from 2024 & 2025 batches only
- Strong academic foundation in organic synthesis
- Willingness to work in pharmaceutical R&D environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of API process development
- Exposure to pharmaceutical documentation (DMF)
