🔹 Role: Bio-Analytical Analyst / Custodian

Key Responsibilities
For Bio-Analytical Analyst:
- Perform routine lab activities in the bioanalytical laboratory.
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Conduct method development, validation, and sample analysis per regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare SOPs, study plans, and method validation protocols.
- Perform calibration and performance checks of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure accurate documentation in logbooks, calibration forms, and lab records.
- Handle and prepare solutions as per SOPs and quality standards.
For Custodian:
- Maintain inventory and accountability for blank plasma, analytical columns, and WRS.
- Manage sample storage, handling, and disposal as per study protocol.
- Monitor temperature and humidity of bioanalytical storage areas.
- Coordinate with clinical and QA/QC teams for observations and corrective actions.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and contingency arrangements in case of freezer failures.
- Support shipment coordination and documentation for clinical study samples.
Qualifications
- B.Sc / M.Sc (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related fields)
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences or related discipline)
- Strong understanding of GLP, GDP, and analytical techniques.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
