About the Role
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Interns in Production Operations & Quality Assurance for our seafood export operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the food technology industry with hands-on experience in quality control and production monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Inspection: Perform quality checks during raw material receiving and throughout the production process to ensure adherence to established standards and specifications.
- Monitor Production: Continuously oversee the production process to guarantee food safety and quality.
- Identify Deviations: Detect and address any deviations from quality standards or production targets.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of the processing and quality checks.
- Defect Identification: Identify and report product defects and non-conformities.
- Target Achievement: Ensure daily production targets are met while upholding quality standards.
Who Can Apply?
- Educational Background: Graduation or Post-Graduation in Food Technology is a must.
- Experience Level: Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome.
