- Centralised Clinical Team Lead II (cCTL-II)
- Senior Clinical Data Specialist
These roles offer exceptional opportunities for professionals in clinical operations, data management, and central monitoring to grow their careers in a globally recognized CRO.
1. Centralised Clinical Team Lead II
Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve trip reports, ensuring compliance with ICH-GCP and SOPs.
- Mentor CRAs and IHCRAs on monitoring and reporting practices.
- Act as primary liaison with Global CTLs and PMs.
- Lead central monitoring activities across multiple studies.
- Develop risk assessment tools, monitoring plans, and study-specific parameters.
- Support inspection readiness and contribute to regulatory inspections.
- Ensure proactive risk identification, mitigation, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs in Life Sciences/Pharmacy/Health Sciences.
- 6โ10 years of experience in clinical research/clinical operations.
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, central monitoring, and trip report practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
2. Senior Clinical Data Specialist
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical data review in accordance with Data Management Plans.
- Generate and resolve queries to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform aggregate data review for safety, compliance, and consistency.
- Assist in developing CRFs, data validation checks, and review guidelines.
- Support audits and ensure client quality standards are achieved.
- Mentor junior team members in data management best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or IT (Masterโs preferred).
- 4โ6 years of clinical data management experience.
- Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, EDC systems, and data standards.
- Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is an advantage.
