Job 1: Costing Apprentice – Mumbai (Remote Option)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Clinical Costing Team in budget planning for late-stage clinical trials.
- Learn and use tools and processes for developing operationally feasible clinical budgets.
- Participate in special projects and analytics to present insights to senior management.
- Shadow senior team members to understand clinical research strategy and operations.
- Attend training sessions to learn about the drug development process and clinical research lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical, Nursing, Medicine, Clinical Research, or equivalent.
- Certification in Clinical Research/ICH GCP is preferred.
- Strong analytical, IT, and computing skills; familiarity with clinical research tools.
- Experience delivering projects in an academic or research setting is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, adaptable to flexible timings.
Job 2: Safety Science Coordinator I – Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing Expedited Safety Reports (ESRs), Periodic Safety Reports (PSRs), and submissions to clients, regulators, and Ethics Committees.
- Maintain adverse event tracking systems and project documentation.
- Draft patient narratives, code adverse events using MedDRA, and perform label listedness assessments.
- Support database reconciliation, quality reviews, and trend analysis.
- Train and mentor peers and coordinate internal/external meetings as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Biological Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field.
- 0–2 years of safety experience, including AE/SAE processing or relevant pharma/biotech experience.
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks, and adhere to regulatory standards.
