Job Description: Apprentice – TMF Associate
As a TMF (Trial Master File) Associate Apprentice, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization, accessibility, and compliance of essential clinical research documents. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the quality and audit readiness of clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and TMF processes.
- Manage the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF), including document classification, quality checks, and audit readiness.
- Support internal and external audits, resolve findings, and maintain performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and enhance client satisfaction.
- Participate in audits, team meetings, and business improvement initiatives.
- Perform trend analysis of deliverable metrics and generate reports.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Recent graduate in Life Sciences, MTech, or B.Tech.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with visualization and analytical tools.
- Proactive learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
