Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in understanding User Admin Plans (UAPs).
- Update and maintain necessary trackers and job aids.
- Assist in preparing controlled documents for processing or imaging.
- Execute validation test scripts as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Clinical Data Management, Clinical Operations, and Data Management.
- Follow Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and ensure timely reporting.
- Continuously improve communication and technical skills to meet project demands.
- Display a positive attitude and contribute to a professional team environment.
Qualifications
Minimum Required:
- 0-1 years of relevant work experience in user management support and execution.
