Fortrea, a global leader in clinical research solutions, is hiring for the Centralized CTL I role in Bangalore. This full-time, remote position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced clinical research professionals to contribute to international clinical trial operations.

🧬 Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned projects under the guidance of a Project Manager/Director.
- Oversee site monitoring activities in compliance with ICH-GCP and Fortrea SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams for efficient trip report reviews.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support their implementation.
- Ensure timely training completion and adherence to departmental work instructions.
- Escalate and resolve project-related issues following Fortrea’s CAPA process.
- Liaise between CRA, CTL, and PM teams for issue resolution and risk management.
- Review project progress and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Assist in SOP and WI review, training material development, and document reconciliation (eTMF).
- Support CQC visits, CRA training, and process documentation as assigned.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field.
- Equivalent professional certifications may also be considered.

- 8+ years of clinical research experience, including 2 years in trip report review.
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical operations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
