Job Description
Biocon Biologics is looking for a Formulation Scientist to join their Formulation Development team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates with expertise in biologic formulations and pharmaceutical sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct literature reviews to support formulation development.
- Design and execute experiments for biologic formulation development.
- Perform analytical testing using techniques like HPLC, pH, Osmolality, KF, and UV spectroscopy.
- Calibrate and verify lab instruments (balances, potentiometric devices).
- Execute proof-of-concept (POC) studies and stability studies.
- Prepare scientific/technical reports and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- M.Tech/M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, pH, Osmolality, and UV spectroscopy.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical excipients and raw materials.
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
