Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Performing accurate data entry into Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems in compliance with GCP and study protocols.
- Maintaining and updating the patient database for ongoing and completed studies.
- Ensuring timely query resolution and following up with investigators/CRCs to address discrepancies.
- Developing dashboards and reports (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to track patient recruitment, enrollment, visit compliance, and study milestones.
- Conducting data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of site data.
- Supporting monitoring visits and audits by preparing data reports and responding to data-related findings.
- Collaborating closely with study coordinators, investigators, and site management teams.
Required Qualifications
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- Education: PharmD, B.Pharmacy, M.Sc. (Health Informatics), or equivalent medical background.
- Experience: Prior clinical research site experience is mandatory.
- Familiarity with EDC systems and patient-level data handling.
- Strong skills in dashboard development and analytics (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Strong understanding of data integrity and patient safety principles.
