Job Description: Medical Science Liaison (Delhi)

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary clinical resource for internal teams, providing accurate and evidence-based responses to medical inquiries.
• Identify and assess potential clinical trial sites across different phases of development.
• Conduct medical literature research, synthesize data, and prepare summaries on new developments in products and therapeutic areas.
• Monitor and address medical inquiries to enhance understanding of marketed products and emerging healthcare trends.
• Act as a subject matter expert, translating complex medical information for stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and consumers.
• Mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering professional growth in medical affairs and scientific communication.
• Uphold Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all professional interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine (MD/PhD/MPharm) or related field.
• Prior experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or MSL roles preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, KOL engagement, and medical communications.
• Excellent scientific acumen, presentation skills, and stakeholder management.
• Field-based role requiring travel within Delhi/NCR.
