Job Description: Medical Science Liaison (Delhi)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary clinical resource for internal teams, providing accurate and evidence-based responses to medical inquiries.
- Identify and assess potential clinical trial sites across different phases of development.
- Conduct medical literature research, synthesize data, and prepare summaries on new developments in products and therapeutic areas.
- Monitor and address medical inquiries to enhance understanding of marketed products and emerging healthcare trends.
- Act as a subject matter expert, translating complex medical information for stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and consumers.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues, fostering professional growth in medical affairs and scientific communication.
- Uphold Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in all professional interactions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine (MD/PhD/MPharm) or related field.
- Prior experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, or MSL roles preferred.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, KOL engagement, and medical communications.
- Excellent scientific acumen, presentation skills, and stakeholder management.
- Field-based role requiring travel within Delhi/NCR.
