Key Responsibilities – Quality Control Executive (API)
- Perform routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished API products
- Handle sophisticated instruments: HPLC, GC, UV, IR, KF, and particle size analyzers
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and current regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EU-GMP)
- Prepare and review analytical reports, COAs, and stability study documentation
- Participate in method validation, method transfer, and investigation of OOS/OOT results
- Maintain laboratory documentation as per 21 CFR Part 11 and data integrity standards
Qualifications and Experience Required
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry / Pharmaceutical Chemistry
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in API Quality Control (bulk drugs) is mandatory
- Strong exposure to regulated markets (USFDA, EDQM, WHO) preferred
- Excellent knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and data integrity
- Proficiency in wet lab and advanced instrumentation techniques
