Job Responsibilities
Engineering (OSD/Injectable)
- Officer/Sr. Officer (Plant Maintenance): Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment and instruments in OSD/Injectable plants. Maintain maintenance schedules, training records, protocols, and quality documentation as required.
- Technician/Sr. Technician (Plant Maintenance): Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment and instruments. Ensure accurate maintenance schedules and documentation.
- Technician/Sr. Technician (Water System/HVAC): Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC and water systems for OSD/Injectable plants. Maintain compliance with quality documentation standards.
Production (OSD)
- Granulation/Compression/Packing Officer to Executive: Manage material handling, electronic batch record filling, and SAP system operations. Handle machine alarms, QMS, deviations, change controls, SOPs, daily reports, and manpower coordination. Ensure audit readiness for USFDA/EUGMP standards.
- Granulation/Liquid & Paste Manufacturing/Liquid Filling/Bottle Primary Packing Technician: Independently operate granulation equipment, including top spraying and roll compaction processes. Manage liquid and paste manufacturing, liquid filling, and primary bottle packing (CVC Line). Perform machine operations, cleaning, changeovers, and alarm handling.
Warehouse (OSD)
- Officer: Oversee receipt of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods. Prepare GRNs, dispense raw materials, and manage SAP, WMS, and QMS systems.
- Technician: Handle finished goods, packing materials, and raw materials with precision and efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Officer/Sr. Officer (Plant Maintenance): BE Electrical with 4-8 years of experience in USFDA-approved units.
- Technician/Sr. Technician (Plant Maintenance/Water System/HVAC): Diploma Electrical/ITI with 6-8 years of experience in USFDA-approved units.
- Granulation/Compression/Packing Officer to Executive: M. Pharma/B. Pharma with 2-5 years of experience in USFDA/EUGMP-approved companies. Strong knowledge of SAP, QMS, and audit processes.
- Granulation/Liquid & Paste Manufacturing/Liquid Filling/Bottle Primary Packing Technician: D. Pharma/Diploma/ITI with 2-6 years of experience in USFDA/EUGMP-approved companies. Expertise in granulation, liquid filling, and bottle packing.
- Warehouse Officer: B.Sc/M.Sc/B. Pharm with 4-6 years of experience in material receipt and SAP/WMS systems.
- Warehouse Technician: ITI/Diploma with 1-3 years of experience in handling raw and finished goods.
Additional Requirements: Candidates must have experience in USFDA-approved units, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in relevant systems (SAP, WMS, QMS). Audit exposure is mandatory for production roles.
