Admac Lifesciences Limited is seeking an experienced Formulation & Development (F&D) Executive for its Baddi location. The selected candidate will lead pharmaceutical formulation and product development activities, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute experiments for drug formulation, optimization, and scale-up.
- Conduct pre-formulation studies, excipient selection, and establish product design strategies.
- Ensure adherence to USFDA, MHRA, and other regulatory guidelines for domestic and international markets.
- Collaborate with Analytical Development, Regulatory Affairs, QA/QC, and Production teams for seamless technology transfer.
- Prepare and review technical documents while maintaining cGMP and data integrity standards.
- Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges during development and scale-up.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or related field.
- Experience: 4-7 years in pharmaceutical formulation and development, preferably in oral solids, injectables, or topical products.
- Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of pre-formulation, excipient compatibility, and process optimization.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (USFDA, MHRA, WHO-GMP).
- Proficiency in documentation and technology transfer processes.
- Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting formulation challenges.
