• Experience Level: Fresher / 1-3 years of experience
• Educational Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related fields.

Responsibilities

As a Microbiologist at FBS Labs, you will:

• Conduct microbiological testing for pharmaceutical and medical devices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines such as USP, IP, and ISO.
• Maintain and manage laboratory records and reports.
• Perform quality control checks and support validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality standards.

Preferred Skills and Expertise

• Knowledge of Guidelines: Familiarity with USP (United States Pharmacopeia), IP (Indian Pharmacopeia), and ISO standards is a significant advantage.
• Technical Skills: Experience in pharmaceutical microbiology techniques such as sterility testing, endotoxin testing, and microbial identification.
• Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
