Roles and Responsibilities
Quality Assurance (QA)
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor documentation and validation processes
- Conduct internal audits and quality checks
Quality Control (QC)
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis
- Maintain accuracy in sample testing and reporting
- Ensure quality standards of raw materials and finished products
Production
- Handle manufacturing processes efficiently
- Maintain batch records and production logs
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols
Engineering
- Maintain and troubleshoot equipment
- Support production with technical expertise
- Ensure preventive maintenance and system efficiency
Required Qualifications

- ITI
- BSc
- MSc
- B.Pharm
- M.Pharm
