Umedica Laboratories Private Limited, a globally reputed pharmaceutical manufacturer, is hiring an Executive / Senior Executive – International Business (US Market) at its corporate office in Nariman Point, Mumbai. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacy and MBA professionals with experience in regulated markets such as the US and Canada, particularly in finished formulations business development and alliance management.
With 11 USFDA-approved products already commercialised and multiple ANDAs under development, Umedica continues to expand its footprint across the US generics market. This role offers strong exposure to product lifecycle management, international marketing, P&L ownership, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for US & Canada markets, from launch to commercial realization
- Drive sales growth and profitability (P&L ownership) for assigned international markets
- Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, SCM, Planning, and Operations teams
- Liaise with international clients to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Analyze IQVIA and export data to prepare sales, demand, and profitability forecasts
- Prepare and circulate monthly MIS reports to track KRAs and performance metrics
- Support alliance management and partner coordination for regulated markets
Eligibility & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related science discipline (mandatory)
- MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred
Experience
- 2 to 6 years of experience in:
- International Business Development
- Pharma Sales & Marketing for regulated markets (US/Canada)
- Finished formulations portfolio
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making ability
- Proactive mindset with initiative-taking attitude
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Risk assessment and conflict management skills

Salary (Indicative)
- ₹8,00,000 – ₹14,00,000 per annum (CTC)
- Final compensation will be commensurate with experience and skills
