🧪 Key Responsibilities
As a Sr Executive, Product Surveillance, your role involves:

- Reviewing open complaints daily to ensure on-time closure per KPIs
- Coordinating with country quality teams, manufacturing units, service teams and stakeholders
- Logging and processing complaints in TrackWise Complaint Management System (CMS)
- Reviewing complaint files for adherence to internal SOPs and procedural compliance
- Supporting regulatory reporting applicability assessments
- Preparing weekly dashboards, complaint trends, and pending due diligence reports
- Assisting with Management Review inputs and analytics for business decisions
- Ensuring alignment with global medical device compliance and vigilance frameworks
🎓 Required Qualifications & Competencies
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
✔ Experience in:
- Medical Device Complaint Handling
- Quality Systems (QMS), TrackWise CMS, CAPA, or vigilance reporting
- Regulatory understanding of MDR, ISO 13485, EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR 820 (advantage)
✔ Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
✔ Ability to work in a compliance-driven, high-accuracy environment
