🧪 Key Responsibilities

As a Sr Executive, Product Surveillance, your role involves:

• Reviewing open complaints daily to ensure on-time closure per KPIs
• Coordinating with country quality teams, manufacturing units, service teams and stakeholders
• Logging and processing complaints in TrackWise Complaint Management System (CMS)
• Reviewing complaint files for adherence to internal SOPs and procedural compliance
• Supporting regulatory reporting applicability assessments
• Preparing weekly dashboards, complaint trends, and pending due diligence reports
• Assisting with Management Review inputs and analytics for business decisions
• Ensuring alignment with global medical device compliance and vigilance frameworks

🎓 Required Qualifications & Competencies

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
✔ Experience in:

• Medical Device Complaint Handling
• Quality Systems (QMS), TrackWise CMS, CAPA, or vigilance reporting
• Regulatory understanding of MDR, ISO 13485, EU MDR, FDA 21 CFR 820 (advantage)
  ✔ Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  ✔ Ability to work in a compliance-driven, high-accuracy environment
